Fitness Week: Day 9

Last night I completely forgot to workout and was pretty bummed about it. Especially because I took a nap and woke up feeling super weak. I didn't think it would affect me to not work out, but it seriously has. To make up for it, not only am I working out tonight, but earlier I went for a jog and felt a little better. 

And that's huge because I hate jogging and running. But it had to be done!! This morning I had a yummy smoothie too. Love me some smoothies...and so does Emily!!
